For first-time parents

How drop-off works.

Secure check-in

Stop by the HopeKids kiosk in the foyer. Quick name, age, allergies. You get a pager. Your child gets a matching tag. No one leaves without that tag.

Background-checked team

Every HopeKids volunteer has cleared a national background check, sex-offender registry check, and our internal training. Two adults in every room. Always.

We text you if needed

If your kiddo needs a diaper change, has a tough moment, or just needs you — your pager buzzes. We won't pull you out of service over anything small.
